Where We Come From

IPH Technologies was founded with a single conviction: that great software is built by people who understand both the craft and the business behind it. Over the years, as we grew as a software company — delivering mobile applications, web platforms, and digital solutions — we noticed a recurring gap.

Fresh graduates were entering the industry with strong theoretical foundations but limited practical readiness. The transition from education to employment was harder than it needed to be.

We didn't enter education to build a business. We entered it to solve a problem we lived as an employer — the gap between what colleges teach and what the technology industry actually demands.

Today, IPHS Learning Hub operates from Lucknow — the same city, the same building, the same team — bridging that gap for every student who walks through our doors.
